Ashwin Jaju directs overall business strategy for the drirelease business unit of Optimer Brands. He also oversees R&D for drirelease. Since joining Optimer in 2003, this textile industry veteran has built and managed a global supply chain of yarn spinners and fabric mills. Ashwin earned his Master’s in Textile from Philadelphia University, and holds a B.S. in Man Made Textile Technology from India’s DKTE’s Textile and Engineering Institute.
Lee Thompson directs sales for drirelease and is responsible for marketing this patented comfort technology to apparel brands and retailers in eastern North America. He has more than a decade of experience with drirelease. Prior to joining Optimer, Lee worked within the spun yarn industry as a sales representative for Tuscarora Yarns, Dixie Yarns and Avondale Mills. He holds a B.S. in Textile and Apparel Management from North Carolina State University.
